Male' City council's public meetings are to be telecast live from Tuesday onward.
The Male city council meeting was televised today at 16:00 hours. It was held at the council's Maafannu ward office.
While the meeting was open to the public, the council stated that those interested in participating in the meeting must be present at the venue by 13:45.
In the past, the council's work was shared with the public through press briefings.
The council's Maafannu ward office is currently located at the 4th floor of MWSC Customer Service Building.
