Hulhumale’ Sports Complex
The opportunity has been opened for businesses to open outlets in the Hulhumale’ Sports Complex.
Housing Development Corporation (HDC) stated that it will be accepting proposals to run a café, restaurant, and sporting goods store at the complex, until September 23.
HDC stated that approved businesses will be able to run their outlets in the soon-to-be opened indoor and outdoor complex for a 10-year period, and will have to pay of MVR 30 per square feet in the leased units.
HDC also stated that a bid security of MVR 75,000 needs to be given with proposals to establish a café and restaurant inside the complex and a bid security of MVR 50,000 need to be provided with proposals to open a sporting goods store.
Proposals to open outlets in the outdoor complex requires a bid security of MVR 25,000.
