Raa Alifushi Council requests sea ambulance services
 
President Solih assured the Councilors that he would look into reinitiating sea ambulance services as soon as possible
 
The Councilors briefed the President on reinitiating sea ambulance services and other prospects that would be beneficial for the future of the island and the atoll

The Raa Alifushi Council has requested President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih to re-initiate sea ambulance services.

They made the request during a meeting at the President’s Office.

During the meeting, the Councilors briefed the President on re-initiating sea ambulance services and other prospects that would be beneficial for the future of the island and the atoll, including key points regarding the land allocated for industrial purposes.

President Solih assured the Councilors that he would look into re-initiating sea ambulance services as soon as possible.

He also said that further large-scale industrial and infrastructural projects are being planned under the ongoing 'National Master Plan' and that he would discuss the Councilors’ concerns and requests with the relevant ministries and officials.
