Vice President Faisal Naseem has visited Molhadhoo island of North Thildhunmathi Atoll on Thursday.
He is currently on a tour of the atoll, and is scheduled to visit other islands in the atoll as well.
Speaking to the people of Molhadhoo, the VP said that this government is committed to working to improve their social welfare.
During his visit, Naseem also toured the school and Health Centre, meeting with the employees both institutes to inquire on the current situation and the challenges they face in their work.
The vice president will also meet the members of Molhadhoo council members.
