Reeti Mishra, the wife of the Indian Ambassador to Maldives, has paid a courtesy call on First Lady Fazna Ahmed.

They met at Muliaage, the official residence of the president, on Sunday.

They discussed wide-ranging topics such as increasing public awareness on the importance of mental health, the inclusion of people with special needs and teaching them the necessary skills.

They also discussed further strengthening the longstanding close ties between India and Maldives by starting Urdu language, music, and yoga classes at the Indian cultural center in Male’.
