Local food company UHBA Foods has utilized Highrise’s ongoing Food and Beverage Exposition to announce two new products.
UHBA Foods, which currently has a line-up of traditionally prepared products, launched a version of aubergine sambol and coconut sugar syrup. Those visiting the fair got a chance for a first-look and taste of the products.
While coconut sugar syrup is the traditional sweetener of choice for Maldivians, sambol is natively a Sri Lanka dish used in accompaniment to rice and other meals.
UHBA Foods currently has a line-up of different types of sambols and traditionally prepared spices.
Highrise\s ‘F&B Expo’ will continue until 5th of May. Over 14 local companies are partificpating.
