Bank of Maldives to hold 2018 General Assembly in May
The national bank has invited all their shareholders to the event

Bank of Maldives Plc., has on Friday revealed that its general assembly for this year will be held in the upcoming month of May.
The national bank has invited all their shareholders to the event, which is to be held on Sunday, the 13th.
The annual general assembly is held to pass the amount the bank is to distribute as dividends to its shareholders and pass members to the board of directors.
The bank’s annual report, balance sheet, director’s report, and audit report are all passed at the general assembly.
