BML establishes ‘self-service banking’ center in Eydhafushi

The Bank of Maldives has inaugurated its ‘self-service banking’ center in Eydhafushi island of Baa atoll.
The center was opened in an event held there on Thursday. A number of the bank’s senior officials and residents of the island had participated in the event.
The center was built in place of the bank’s outlet in the island and will allow residents ‘around the clock’ access to cash and cheque deposit and withdrawal services.
To commemorate the opening of this center, the bank’s board of directors had also held their monthly meeting for April, there.
The bank has 35 such self-service banking outlets in the outlying islands.
