Chief of Defense Force, Major General Ahmed Shiyam
Chief of Defense Force Major General Ahmed Shiyam travelled back to Maldives on Tuesday after an official trip to Malaysia.
He was welcomed by MNDF officers at Velaanaa International Aiport.
MNDF informed that Major General Shiyam travelled to Malaysia on an official trip to partake in the 16th Defense Services Asia Exhibition and Conference.
The two day long conference held at Kuala Lampur, Malaysia took place from 16th to 18th April. Over 60 senior officials from militaries belonging to different countries participated in the conference.
