HDC announces for contractors to develop Hulhumalé beach

The Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has announced that they are looking for contractors to develop the beach and harbour areas in Hulhumalé, the capital city’s urban extension.
HDC has asked interested parties to submit tender documents to take on the project, which comes with a fee of USD 1,500.
The deadline for bidding is until 9th May, and HDC has also opened up opportunity for interested parties to invest in other projects in Hulhumalé.
These projects include building a shopping centre, a water park, a ‘heritage’ island, and the construction of a hotel.
