A video uploaded to Youtube shows three masked men in police Special Operations (SO) unit uniforms threatening to join the mass anti-government protest on Friday.
This follows a similar video of masked police officers released online on Wednesday.
In the second video, the masked men urged everyone to join the rally and vowed that the Special Operations team will be joining as well.
They said that the government is using police officers to take unlawful action as well as frame people and ruin the lives of families.
After the release of the first video, police spokesperson Ahmed Shifan said they are investigating the matter but have not confirmed that the people in the video are actual police officers.
