An elderly man involved in Thursday evening's accident in Gaddhoo of Gaafu Dhaal Atoll has succumbed to the injuries he sustained.
The 80-year-old passed away while being treated for his injuries at the Dr. Samad Memorial Hospital in Thinadhoo of the same atoll.
A 20-year-old and a 19-year-old were also involved in the accident. They were on the on the motorcyle that crashed into the man.
