Chief Justice Abdulla Saeed’s lawyer Hisaan Hussein has found a hidden recording device as she met her client at a state detention facility on Tuesday.

Hisaan revealed in a post on her Twitter account, that a ‘red tape recorder’ was found under her chair and that authorities have not given any explanations.

Nazim Sattar, a lawyer known for having represented a number of the opposition’s detainees, said that a number of lawyers had demonstrated against outside the facility in Dhoonidhoo island.
