Ahmed Nihan, Judge of Maamigili Magistrate Court, is being treated at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).
The Judge, sentenced to 17 years for procuring a court order to arrest President Abdullah Yameen was rushed to IGMH at around 1930 hrs on Monday.
RaajjeMV understands that the Judge is being treated at IGMH Emergency Ward, as confirmed by the family.
The family also added that they were not informed of his ailment or treatment given to him. They further said they had been barred from meeting him.
Judge Nihan was sentenced to 17 years on June 10th by Criminal Court.
