The Table Tennis Association of Maldives has kicked off its 57th annual table tennis competition.
The association said that the competition will continue until at the end of this month, at the indoor courts within the Social Center in capital city Malé.
A total of 57 players are competing, and the association has divided them into: Under 12, Under 16, first and second divisions, and a veteran’s division.
The competition was officially inaugurated by His Excellency Wang Fukang, the Chinese ambassador accredited to the Maldives.
