‘No information yet’ says police regarding attacks on students

Maldives Police Service (MPS) has refused to issue a comment on Wednesday’s attack on a student of Dharumavantha school in capital city Malé.
RaajjeMV questioned the media official of MPS, who said there was no information that could be disclosed and refused to comment on whether or not any arrests had been made.
The police media officer said the student was attacked from behind, while on Lily Magu at around 12:55pm.
A student was injured in an attack on Tuesday as well, carried out by assailants that snuck into Thaajudheen School alongside parents during the end of a session. Police had said that all involved in the attack had been taken into custody.
