Opposition figures arrive in Maamiligili for the rally
Final preparations are underway for the massive opposition rally in Maamigili island in Alif Dhaal Atoll.
Most of the opposition leaders have already arrived in Maamigili island, home to Jumhooree Party (JP) Leader Qasim Ibrahim. They were greeted warmly on arrival.
The rally will begin later evening. JP Spokesperson Ali Solih reported that the entire island was prepared for the rally and many will attend the rally.
The rally will be held at the Maamigili port area and will be broadcast live on RaajjeTV.
