FIFA president Gianni Infantino congratulates New Radiant

Gianni Infantino, the current FIFA president, has congratulated New Radiant Sports Club for its victory in the Ooredoo Premier League.
Infantino, who has been at the helm of the federation since February last year, included his message of congratulations in a letter addressed to the Football Association of Maldives.
In his letter, Infantino said that New Radiant’s consecutive victories in the league is the direct result of dedication from the team’s staff, coaches, and players.
Infantino had also conveyed well wishes and congratulatory sentiments on behalf of the global football industry.
He further expressed his hope that the Maldives will continue to support the sport, and to visit the country one day.
New Radiant had emerged victorious this season in addition to having won the FA Cup and President’s Cup.
