Two individuals have drowned in Hulhumale’.

RaajjeMV understands that the two had passed away after swimming in Hulhumale’ track area.

Hulhumale’ Hospital reported that two men were brought to the hospital. One was already dead and the other was stable but in shock.

The hospital said another woman was brought to the hospital shortly afterwards. She was pronounced dead at the hospital.

Police media official had confirmed that such an accident had occurred, but did not divulge additional details.

Hulhumale’ Hospital said an 18-year-old woman and a 22-year-old man had passed away Thursday evening. The individual being treated at the hospital is a 21-year-old male.
