Maldivian Airlines has begun flights to China’s Zheijang province.
The airline said that their routes to Hangzhou, Zheijang’s capital city, is part of the state-operated Island Aviation Services’ expansion efforts.
The first flight to Hangzhou will leave the Velanaa International Airport, near capital city Malé, at 06:20 am on 15th September.
Maldivian Airlines currently flies to several other parts of China as well.
