Maamigili Constituency Member of Parliament Qasim Ibrahim heading to Court
Adhaalath Party (AP) has stated that the verdict issued by Criminal Court Maamigili Constituency Member of Parliament Qasim Ibrahim.
The Party made the statement in a tweet posted on Friday, following the verdict issued on the Parliamentarian on bribery charges.
The tweet, penned in Dhivehi, expressed concern and that it was devoid of justice. The Party further said the entire state was incapable to establish justice.
MP Qasim’s trial and sentencing had been criticized not just by political figures, but by general public as well as lawyers.
