NRSC seals victory with a stunning return from Ashfaq

A stunning return by Ali Ashfaq has clenched a win for New Radiant Sports Club in Ooredoo Dhivehi Premier League.
New Radiant won the match against TC by 3 goals to 1.
TC had delivered an impressive performance in the first half. In spite of the numerous attempts at scoring a goal from the two teams, the half ended goalless.
Shortly, after the start of second half, New Radiant had taken the lead in the match. In the 47th minute, Adrian Galado scored the first goal, with an assistance from Ashfaq.
TC’s Stewart equalized the score just after the first goal.
New Radiant extended their lead with a free kick from Ashfaq in the 73rd minute of the game. The goal by Ali Fasir in the 81st minute cemented their lead.
Two more matches will be played on Sunday. Club Green Streets will face off Milandhoo club, while teams from Alif Alif Maalhos and Gaaf Dhaal Thinadhoo will face off in the second match.
