The Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) has launched its mobile application, which will allow the public to make payments to the institution electronically.
The application was launched at MIRA’s 7th anniversary commemoration held on Friday night. The application was officially launched by parliament speaker Abdulla Maseeh.
This application would allow users to make payment in various categories – including fines – and acquire tokens. Users can also make annual payments for vehicles and companies.
MIRA has also established a means of giving out digital services through their headquarters in capital city Malé. This would allow the authority to receive, issue, and maintain documents digitally.
