New Radiant coach Sobah Mohammed states that a strong squad is needed to secure a spot in the first division.

After a three-year suspension, the attempt New Radiant made to get promoted to the first division has been unsuccessful and the wait will go on for another year, Sobah said that it was due to the limited amount of experienced and seasoned players. After losing to Buru Sports club in a penalty shootout in the semifinals not only did New Radiant lose their spot in the finals but also lot the qualifications to get promoted to the first division.

Sobaa said even if they get to the second division finals or if they had won a division promotion is hard. And they need a strong squad to do so. Sobaa said the two teams playing in the first division qualifying round are of good quality for sure.

Sobaa said he assigned New Radiant a good task, to work towards the first division. And because the goal not being achieved it will demoralize the supporters, and it is not the easiest results to digest from New Radiant.

Sobaa highlighted the attempts to bring back the old management of New Radiant. In the short time New Radiant had everything was rushed and everyone was alert according to former player of New Radiant and the National team said Sobaa.
