Ceremony held to launch Ooredoo's IPO
Ooredoo Maldives PLC says the company will announce their allocated shares on Sunday.
A statement released by the company on Thursday said the share purchase period ended on May 29,2017 and that they were working with Maldives Security Depository to allocate the shares.
The company said they will be able to conclude this phase and announce it publicly on Sunday, before the expiration of the 14-day deadline.
Ooredoo noted that this was the largest initial public offering in the local stock market to date and thanked their investors, shareholders and customers for the support.
