Work on design and build of Th. Guraidhoo Harbor Development Project is well underway, says Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC).
MTCC states that overall 77 percent of the design and build Harbor Development Project is done.
The company states that 69 percent of the breakwater construction is completed.
Moreover, second shipment of rock boulders have been delivered to the project site on Tuesday according to MTCC.
Guraidhoo Harbor Development Project consists of; dredging and excavation operations of 24,485cbm; construction of a 325m breakwater; a 185m quay wall; a 22m revetment and 1,875sqm of paved area.
The value of this project is MVR 56.9 million.
