President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has discussed the development of Biledhdhoo island in Faafu atoll, and projects ongoing in, and planned for, the island.
The island’s local government council met directly with President Solih on Thursday, where they briefed the president on services most required by the island’s residents.
Some of the island’s biggest concerns are: erosion along its coasts, the lack of docking services, and access to basic utilities.
