Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) has opened a branch in Hulhumale’.
The new branch is in the commercial block in front of the Hulhumale’ Hospital.
Commissioner General of Taxation Yazeed Mohamed officially opened the MIRA branch at an inauguration ceremony on Monday.
Speaking at the ceremony, Yazeed said that opening the Hulhumale’ branch was important work for the authority to make its services more easily accessible to taxpayers in the island.
MIRA has been establishing branches throughout the atolls with all the services available at its main office in capital city Male’ including submission of tax returns, making payments and other tax related services.
