Fisheries Ministry’s Deputy Minister Ahmed Hafiz has been appointed to telecommunication giant Dhiraagu’s Board of Directors.
The Privatization and Corporatization Board said Hafiz was appointed on January 15.
This comes after Ahmed Mohamed was dismissed from the board in August last year for undisclosed reasons.
Mohamed is the brother of North Fuvahmulah MP Ali Shah, who is working with the opposition.
