Green Streets climbs to third spot, after defeating Maalhos

Green Streets has climbed to the third in the Ooredoo Dhivehi Premier League, after raining a barrage of goals against team Maalhos.

Green Streets cleared five goals against Maalhos in Saturday’s match.

The team took the lead early on; with a goal from Ibrahim Rizhan in the 10th minute. Ahmed Nizam extended the lead just before the first half ended.

Kovasech Petrov cleared the third goal in the 57th minute, followed by the fourth one a mere three minutes later. The fourth goal was scored by Ahmed Nizam. The fifth goal came in extra time by Ali Shaniz.

With this result Green Streets are now at third in the point table, with 12 points from six matches.
